Shipping
• We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over C$129.
• Orders shipping outside Canada may be subject to import fees such as duty, handling and taxes which are the customers responsibility to cover.
• Our artisan candles are made-to-order and will ship in 4-10 business days.
• You will receive a shipment notification as soon as your order has been dispatched from our studio.
Making it right
We carefully inspect and package each order before it is shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is damaged or defective, we will do our best to make it right as soon as possible. Please complete our Contact Form, including a photo of the item in the packaging and a brief message. We will either issue you a replacement or a refund within a few days.
Candle Care
• Never leave burning candles unattended.
• Keep away from things that catch fire.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Place on heat resistant and flat surface.
• Burn candle only in the supplied vessel.
• Keep wax pool free of debris.
• Stop burning when 1/2" (inch) unmelted wax remains.
• Trim wick to 1/4" (inch) each time candle is lit.
• Avoid drafty areas.
